Now as an Indian eating just an Avocado by itself can be a tough job. Honestly when i had it for the first time it turned out to be really creamy but bland at the same time. So i started looking for various recipes and experimented a lot with the variation available online. Eureka Moment! And the day finally arrived, i had the perfect recipe. Ingredients:
Ripe Avocados
Onions
Tomato
Green Chilies
Lime juice
Coriander leaves
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Step 1: scoop out the ripe Avocado with the help of a spoon or simply peel it.
Step 2: In a bowl add Avocados,chopped onion,chopped tomatoes(without pulp), chopped green chilies, squeeze lime juice, chopped coriander leavesb , add a dash of Salt & Pepper.
Step 3: Mix all well and spread on a toast alongside you breakfast eggs and Enjoy!!!
Step 4: Add it to your favorite salad for a creamy texture or Use it as a dip for Nachos.
