Hare Chicken Kebabs (Green kebabs)🍢🍗
Kebabs are loved by everyone because of its aroma and tender and juicy flavour..it is the most versatile dishes ever. people around the Middle east and asia have reinvented it with so many fusions. Infact the word kebab originated in Turkey & Arab world but from ages they have been accepted and every culture have added their flavours making them distinctive.If you are looking for healthier recipes in Quarantine go for Kebabs. Because they don’t have any extra oil or sauce and are usually grilled, would be more healthy than a lot of other foods. They are certainly healthier than your typical cheeseburger, pizzas, loaded cheese sandwiches, or fried chicken.

Ingredients 
For Marination :
Boneless chicken pieces 
Green paste( corianderb mint leaves or powder, green chillies, lime juice)
4-5 spoons Curd
2 spoons Ginger garlic paste 
1 spoon salt 
1 spoon sugar 
1 spoon red chilly powder 
1 spoon coriander powder 
1 spoon cumin powder
1 spoon garam masala powder 
2 spoons mustard oil

Method :
Step 1: Grind together ( coriander leaves, mint leaves or powder, green chillies, lime juice) to make a thick green paste.
Step 2: In a bowl add..4-5 spoons Curd,2 spoons,Ginger garlic paste ,1 spoon salt ,1 spoon sugar ,1 spoon red chilly powder ,1 spoon coriander powder ,1 spoon cumin powder,1 spoon garam masala powder ,2 spoons mustard oil.
Now add the fresh green paste we made.
Step 3: Add the chicken pieces and vegetables. Cover and marinate for 1-2 hours)
Step 4 : Thread chicken into wooden skewers and add to a pan on high flame. After 5 minutes lower the flame and cook the chicken for 20 minutes or until it is soft. Keep tossing in between so that the chicken is well cooked from all sides. Once its tender cook on high flame to grill the chicken.
Serve hot and enjoy juicy and soft Green Chicken Kebab!
