Tuscan Chicken Desi Style

 Tuscan Chicken Recipe

Surprise your family and try this Desi version of Tuscan Chicken which comes from Italian cuisine. It is by far the creamiest chicken you will ever eat. The mix of cream,mushroom and cheese opens so many flavours in your mouth with very less ingredients.

Ingredients
For marination
Chicken boneless or with bone 
Ginger garlic paste
Green chilly paste
Red chilly powder 
Oregano /mixed herbs 
Pepper powder 
Lime juice 
1 egg 
3-4 spoon oil
Salt 1 spoon

For gravy 
Oil 4 spoon 
1 onion sliced
Ginger garlic paste 
Green chilly paste 
Tomatoes 
Coriander powder 
Red chilly powder 
Salt
Mushrooms
Green capsicum 
Any veg of your choice 
1 cup full fresh cream
Any cheese 
Coriander chopped
Method 
Step 1: Cut or slit chicken breasts. Now for marinating the chicken.Add chicken pieces in a bowl. Now add Ginger garlic paste,Green chilly paste,Red chilly powder ,Oregano /mixed herbs ,Pepper powder,Lime juice & Salt 1 spoon. In a pan add 4 spoons of vegetable oil. Cover and cook the chicken untill tender. It will take around 20 minutes. Keep tossing in between to prevent burning.

Step 2: For the gravy, in a wok add 3-4 spoons of oil. Add thick sliced onions and stir until translucent. Add ginger garlic past, green chilly paste and sliced tomatoes. Add coriander , Oregano and red chilly powder. Cook untill tomatoes are mushy.

Step 3: Add available vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers and stir for 5 minutes. Don't overcook vegetables. Add salt as per your taste. Now add 1 cup fresh cream , cover and cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring in between. After 10 minutes the colour will change to light yellowish. Add any cheese of your choice to make the gravy more creamy and stir for 5 minutes.

Step 4: Add chicken pieces to the gravy. Add chopped coriander leaves and Serve hot with Rice, Pasta or Spaghetti. Enjoy!
