Tabbouleh Easy Indian Recipe

Tabbouleh Salad Tabbouleh is a very popular salad in Middle Eastern cuisine. It's guilt free and super easy to make. Whenever I get bored of eating the typical cucumber and tomato salad I go for this salad packed with fibre and complex carbs. Its super nutritious and full of flavours. Ingredients βπ» Parsley (finely chopped) Mint leaves (finely chopped) Onion (finely chopped) Tomato (finely chopped) Lemon juice 2 sp Olive oil 2 sp Bulgur (cracked wheat half cup) Boiling water Salt & pepper Pomegranate or molasses (optional) Method Step 1 :Soak bulgur or cracked wheat( Daliya) in Hot water for 10 minutes. Step 2 : Finely chop Parsley, mint leaves, onions and tomatoes. Squeeze some lemon juice. Step 3 : When Bulgur absorbs all the water and is fluffy add it to a bowl. Add chopped veggies.
