Tabbouleh Easy Indian Recipe

Tabbouleh Salad Tabbouleh is a very popular salad in Middle Eastern cuisine. It's guilt free and super easy to make. Whenever I get bored of eating the typical cucumber and tomato salad I go for this salad packed with fibre and complex carbs. Its super nutritious and full of flavours.  Ingredients ✍🏻 Parsley (finely chopped) Mint leaves (finely chopped) Onion (finely chopped) Tomato (finely chopped) Lemon juice 2 sp Olive oil 2 sp  Bulgur (cracked wheat half cup) Boiling water Salt & pepper Pomegranate or molasses (optional) Method  Step 1 :Soak bulgur or cracked wheat( Daliya) in Hot water for 10 minutes. Step 2 : Finely chop Parsley, mint leaves, onions and tomatoes. Squeeze some lemon juice. Step 3 : When Bulgur absorbs all the water and is fluffy add it to a bowl. Add chopped veggies. You can add pomegranate molasses or the fruit itself this is optional. Step 4 : Add lemon juice, salt ,pepper and drizzle olive oil. Mix well and refrigerate atleast 1

Easy Beef Steak Bihari Style! Bihari Grail Recipe (beef) Ingredients: Beef steaks medium thin 2 spoon salt  2 spoon red chilly powder  1 spoon pepper powder  1 spoon ginger garlic paste 4 spoon thick yogurt 1 medium onion paste 4 spoon mustard oil  Method: Step 1: In a bowl throw in some beef slices.(medium thick) Step 2: add all the spices mentioned above. Mix all well.Cover and marinate for an hour or more in the refrigerator.  Step 3: Transfer to a pressure cooker and cook until you hear 2 whistles. After that cook on low flame for 20 minutes or more. Check in between to prevent meat from overcooking. Step 4: Once meat is tender. Add it to another pan and grill on high flame until all water/gravy is dried. Also roast some veggies and enjoy this grilled steak. Juicy and delicious.
